DAVE EDSALL GOLF DESIGN, INC. delivers the complete Learning Center Concept. This unique practice/learning concept allows golfers of all skill levels the chance to hone their game. The Center combines teaching and practicing disciplines that will allow the golfer to spend time with all facets of the golf experience. From driving range time, putting and chipping, sand play and the four hole layout, every facet of the learning experience is here.

The Learning Center Concept is custom designed for each layout, insuring your Center is different from any other. Designed to stand alone, or as a compliment to your existing course, The Learning Center can be its own profit center, creating additional revenue for your club or course., while providing the most detailed avenue for instruction, practice, and above all, entertainment.

This specific Learning Center Concept layout was prepared in conjunction with JOHN DALY - PGA and British Open Champion. It features a three hole layout with replicas from St Andrews, where in 1995 John captured his British Open Championship. It is themed in the rich tradition of St Andrews, right down to the bridges that cross The Swilcan Burn. The 19th hole matches the exterior of the Royal and Ancient clubhouse, and the restaurant is filled with memorabilia from one of golf's most recognizable players.

We work with a multiple of Touring Pros who lend their expertise,and name, to The Learning Center Concept. This brings an added marketing tool, and the Pro is featured in the 19th hole with memorabilia from his or her career. Throughout the course, signs describe each hole and the Pro provides tips on how each of the holes are played from his or her perspective.

THE LEARNING CENTER FEATURES:

Full service practice range with multiple target greens modeled after holes from famous golf courses around the world, including a center area framed with hazards for driving and fairway practice shots. Covered teeing area compliments weather conditions, and generous grass teeing area for all seasons
Generous putting and chipping area for concentrated short game instruction and practice
3-4 hole layout comprised of holes from famous courses - can be a combination of par 5, short/long par 4s and par 3 to insure a teaching lesson that covers all the clubs in the bag, and strategy tips from the Pros on the course signage
Enclosed Learning Center building has bays for personalized computer swing analysis, media room seating for group instruction, indoor putting/chipping area, bar area and outdoor seating
Separate 19th hole clubhouse for restaurant/proshop/amenities

The LEARNING CENTER concept is more than just hitting balls at the range. Instructional levels cover the spectrum of golfers skills. Corporations desiring a meeting place/retreat can lease the grounds for their conference, and provide relaxtion while utilizing the many features. Golfers who don't have 4-5 hours can still enjoy the 4 hole course at lunch or on the way home from work. Lighted facilities will allow for operation at night, creating a setting the whole family can enjoy.
